How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add your items to the cart, and checkout online. It takes less than 2 minutes. You can choose delivery to your door or pickup at our store.

Can I add a personal message to my order?

Yes — gift bundles include a free custom note card. Just type your message during checkout and we'll handwrite it and include it with your arrangement.

Can I choose the color of my roses?

Yes — for gift bundles you can choose from Red, Pink, White, or Mixed. Rose arrangements are sold by color so just pick the one you want.

What's the difference between a Gift Bundle and a Rose Arrangement?

A Gift Bundle comes fully wrapped with a ribbon, teddy bear, and custom note card — ready to give as a gift. A Rose Arrangement is fresh cut roses by the dozen, perfect if you want to arrange them yourself or already have a vase.

Are your roses really from Ecuador?

Yes — every rose we sell is sourced directly from the finest farms in Ecuador, known for producing the world's most beautiful and long-lasting roses.

How long will my roses last?

With proper care — fresh water daily and kept away from direct sunlight — your Ecuadorian roses typically last 7–14 days.

Can I get my flowers delivered today?

Yes — order before 2PM Monday through Saturday and we'll deliver the same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be delivered the next available day.

What time slots can I choose for delivery?

At checkout you pick from three time windows: Morning 8AM–12PM, Afternoon 12PM–4PM, or Evening 4PM–6PM. Available slots depend on what time you order.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

We don't offer same-day delivery on Sundays. You're welcome to place an order Sunday for Monday delivery, or pick up at our store Sunday between 10AM and 2PM.

What cities do you deliver to?

We deliver to Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Upland, Pomona, Montclair, Alta Loma, Eastvale, and Chino. Don't see your city? Give us a call — we may still be able to help. (909) 295-9678

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location. Store pickup is always free.

What happens if no one is home when you deliver?

We'll leave your flowers safely at your door and send you a photo via WhatsApp so you know they arrived. We recommend having someone available during your selected time slot for best results.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Absolutely — store pickup is always free. Just select pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready within 1–2 hours. We'll email you as soon as it's ready.

Where is your store located?

We're at 1042 E 4th St, Ontario, CA 91764. Open Monday–Saturday 8AM–6PM and Sunday 10AM–2PM.

I'm planning a quinceañera / wedding / baptism. Can you help?

Absolutely — events are one of our specialties. Fill out our event form and we'll contact you within 2 hours with a custom quote built around your event, date, and budget.

How far in advance do I need to order for an event?

We ask for at least 2 days notice for large orders so we can prepare everything fresh and on time. The earlier the better for large events like quinceañeras and weddings.

How does the event quote process work?

Simple — fill out our 5-question event form. We'll call or WhatsApp you within 2 hours to discuss your vision. You'll receive a custom quote the same day. If you're happy, we confirm your date with a deposit.

Is there a minimum order for events?

We don't have a strict minimum but event pricing and packages are designed for orders of 50+ roses. For smaller needs just shop our regular store.

Do you deliver to the event venue?

Yes — we deliver directly to your venue on your event date. Just provide the address and we'll be there.

How do I pay the deposit for an event?

Once you approve your quote we'll send you a secure payment link via WhatsApp or email. Easy and safe — no cash needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards online through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your payment is fully secure and encrypted.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes — we use Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Your card info is never stored on our site. Every transaction is encrypted and secure.

Can I pay cash at pickup?

Currently we only accept card payments online through our website. This keeps your order secure and on record.

What is your refund policy?

Because our roses are fresh and perishable we don't offer refunds once an order is fulfilled. However if something arrives damaged or incorrect we will make it right. Just contact us within 2 hours of delivery. (909) 295-9678

Who are you?

We're a family-owned flower shop based in Ontario, CA. We've been serving the Inland Empire community with farm-fresh Ecuadorian roses for gifts, events, and bulk orders.

Why Ecuadorian roses specifically?

Ecuador is known for producing the most beautiful roses in the world due to its unique climate and altitude. They're larger, more vibrant, and last significantly longer than roses from other regions.
